Squat, Squat & Squat some more...

You should squat often and correctly.  I make the point of squatting as there is tons of evidence of the benefits that we will look at. My second point being squat correctly as this basic movement will provide all the benefits cited if range of motion and positioning are executed properly.  I say this to encourage you to work with a coach or trainer to ensure your form is correct you can also feel free to email us to evaluate the video. 

  Looking at squatting and how it benefits you like no other exercise. It is not very hard to recognize that your legs are the largest part of your body and do the most daily work for basic functional movement.  Here is something to encourage you to keep dropping low and adding weight when possible.  Squatting regularly and correctly will;

- Metabolism/ squatting will boost your metabolism him and help burn off unwanted pounds 

- Build Muscle/this exercise will not only build the muscles that are working during exercise but have been proven to stimulate testosterone production to help build your entire body. 

- Athletic Performance/ squatting does various things from helping you to jump higher, run faster and prevent injury. 

- Core Strength/the squat elicits course stability to balance and it may teen form during the exercise. I also encourage you to increase loading as your form and capacity increases. 

- Functionality/ squatting is the most basic movement.  Strive to increase range of motion and capacity for a long lasting functional capability

-Increase Circulation/with increased blood flow not only do you build muscle faster and increase recovery, but you will also have more energy and feel more alert!

 

So, don’t just read this and move on. Get to the gym or your living room and SQUAT!
